Lukeyoder's Blog

Just another weblog

Friday Evening

Luke had a great day!  They are continuing to SLOWLY lower the sedation and Luke is having more active intervals.  A neurologist was in and got him to squeeze a hand, put a thumb up, squint his eyelids, and also wiggle his toes all on command!  Awesome!  Grandpa Glen, Uncle Phil and Dad (Ben) were all there to see it, they were all  pumped!  Tonight we are praising God for all He is doing!

We continue to pray for the healing of his eyes, head and overall strength of his body.  He has been through so much and is just weak.  Our God is mighty to save and we are trusting Him!  Uncle Phil will be spending the night with Luke while Ben and Lindsey get some rest.  Ben is feeling much better and on “top of his game,” thank you again for your prayers!!  Uncle Chris drove up this afternoon from GA and will be here for the weekend, its great to have him back!  We are all excited to see what tomorrow will hold!
